Every journey begins with a conversation. During the initial consultation, we’ll learn more about your background, your goals, and how we can best support you. This is a judgment-free space to talk openly about your needs and determine eligibility.
Agreement & Preparation
If it’s a good fit, we’ll move forward with a clear agreement that outlines expectations for housing, community conduct, and personal growth. We’ll help you prepare for your transition with checklists, resources, and answers to any questions.
Ongoing Support & Accountability
Once you're in the program, you're never alone. We provide structure, drug testing, peer support, and access to wraparound services. From job readiness to life skills coaching, we meet you where you are—and help you move forward one step at a time.
